Sweet Heart Winery Introduces the Lumière Series
A New Chapter of Bright, Expressive White Wines Begins July 1 with Willamette Valley Riesling
LOVELAND, COLORADO — July 1, 2026 — Sweet Heart Winery, an award-winning Colorado winery and home to one of the fastest-growing wine clubs in America, proudly announces the launch of its all-new Lumière Series—a premium collection of white wines that celebrates light, brightness, vibrant fruit, and exceptional vineyard sourcing from some of America’s most acclaimed wine regions.
The inaugural release is a 2024 Willamette Valley Riesling, marking Sweet Heart Winery’s exciting expansion beyond California as the team continues its pursuit of remarkable wines and world-class producers across the country.
For years, Sweet Heart Winery has become known for discovering exceptional vineyards throughout California and perfecting every wine in Colorado. While California remains the cornerstone of the winery’s portfolio, the Lumière Series represents an evolution of that philosophy.
Rather than limiting itself geographically, Sweet Heart Winery will seek out extraordinary vineyards wherever they exist, bringing the very best American white wines to its growing community of members and guests.
A Year of Exciting Discoveries
The Lumière Series follows one of the most exciting years in the winery’s history for white wine innovation.
New releases including Macabeo, Garnacha Blanca, and Picpoul Blanc have quickly become member favorites, joining established staples such as Sauvignon Blanc, Symphony, and the winery’s signature-finished Chardonnay.
Together, these wines reflect Sweet Heart Winery’s philosophy of introducing guests to exciting varietals while continuing to perfect timeless classics.
The Story of Symphony
One of Sweet Heart Winery’s most celebrated wines, Symphony, carries a uniquely American story.
Developed by researchers at the University of California, Davis, Symphony was created by crossing Muscat of Alexandria with Grenache Gris to produce an aromatic white wine unlike any other.
Known for its expressive floral aromas, vibrant fruit, and approachable style, Symphony has become one of Sweet Heart Winery’s best-selling white wines and a favorite among Wine Club members.
Our Chardonnay Difference
Sweet Heart Winery’s Chardonnay has also developed a loyal following through its distinctive finishing process.
Rather than relying exclusively on traditional barrel aging, the winery carefully introduces premium oak during finishing, precisely regulating the interaction between wine and oak to achieve ideal richness, texture, balance, and complexity while preserving freshness and fruit character.
The result is a Chardonnay that is elegant, expressive, and unmistakably Sweet Heart.
Introducing the Lumière Series
Derived from the French word for “light,” Lumière represents wines that are vibrant, refreshing, expressive, and crafted to shine.
The series is designed to showcase white wines that celebrate brightness, elegance, discovery, and unforgettable moments.
While Sweet Heart Winery will continue producing beloved favorites like Symphony, Sauvignon Blanc, and Chardonnay, the Lumière Series provides the flexibility to explore exciting new varietals, vineyards, and wine regions throughout America.
Every wine will be held to the same standard that has helped make Sweet Heart Winery one of Colorado’s most celebrated wineries.
Charles Oster, CEO, Sweet Heart Brands
“For years we’ve said our wines are ‘Selected in California. Perfected in Colorado.’ That philosophy still defines us—but great wine doesn’t stop at state lines.
If we discover an exceptional vineyard, an outstanding producer, and a wine worthy of the Sweet Heart name, we’ll go there.
Being one of the fastest-growing wine clubs in America gives us the buying power to access extraordinary wines from many of the country’s finest vineyards.
The Lumière Series gives us the freedom to explore America’s greatest wine regions while continuing to perfect every bottle here in Colorado.
The Lumière Series isn’t just a new label—it’s our declaration that extraordinary white wines can come from anywhere in America, and we’re committed to finding them.”
