• Contact details you give us — name, email, phone — when you submit a wedding or event inquiry or sign up for the wine club.
• When you confirm you’re 21 or older to enter the site, that confirmation is saved in your own browser. We don’t collect or store your birthdate.

We don’t run third-party analytics or advertising trackers, and we don’t use cookies to follow you around the web.

How we use it

We use your contact details to respond to you and follow up about your inquiry or wine club membership. We do not sell your information, and we don’t share it with advertisers.

Purchases

When you buy wine, cider, or gift cards, those purchases happen on our partners’ platforms — for example, our pickup and shipping providers. Your order and payment details are handled by them under their own privacy policies; we don’t process payments on this site.

Who we share with

We share information only with the vendors who help us run the business — like our fulfillment and email providers — and only what they need to do their job.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Email info@sweetheartwinery.com with the subject line “privacy request” and we’ll respond as quickly as we can.

Children
