Terms of Use

Last updated · May 2026

Welcome. By using sweetheartwinery.com (the “site”) you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Who can use the site

You must be at least 21 years old (the legal drinking age in the United States) to use this site or purchase wine, cider, or event tickets through us. By entering the site, you confirm you meet that requirement.

What we sell, and through whom

Purchases happen on our partners’ platforms — separate providers handle local pickup, nationwide shipping, event ticketing, and wine club enrollment. We don’t process payments on this site. Those purchases are governed by the partner’s own terms in addition to these.

Shipping and pickup are subject to the laws of your state. We can’t ship everywhere; the partner platform will let you know at checkout if your address isn’t supported.

Reservations and event tickets

Event tickets are non-refundable unless we cancel the event, in which case we issue a full refund. Walk-ins to the tasting room are welcome — no reservation needed. Private events are governed by a separate agreement signed before the date.

Acceptable use

Don’t use this site to do anything illegal, harmful, or that interferes with anyone else’s use of it. Don’t scrape, crawl, or attempt to extract data without permission.

Content and intellectual property

All content on the site — copy, photography, the logo, the wine names — belongs to Sweet Heart Winery or our licensors. You can share links and excerpts; please don’t reproduce the content commercially without asking. For media inquiries, email info@sweetheartwinery.com.

Disclaimers

The site is provided as-is. We try to keep information current and accurate, but we make no warranties. Hours, prices, and event details can change; the live tasting room is the source of truth.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sweet Heart Winery is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including lost profits or lost data.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
