Charles Oster, Managing Partner and CEO of Sweet Heart Brands, brings extensive experience in both the beverage and wedding industries to his leadership role. Married to Farah, Charles is dedicated to shaping Sweet Heart into a national leader, creating memorable experiences through exceptional wines and heartfelt hospitality.
With a deep commitment to community, connection, and premium customer service, Charles draws on his background to ensure that every detail reflects Sweet Heart's values. From crafting award-winning wines to hosting elegant events, he strives to make every moment meaningful.

Farah Oster, General Manager of Sweet Heart Winery, is the welcoming face of the brand and a driving force behind its unforgettable guest experiences. A Colorado native, Farah combines her expertise in hospitality with a passion for creating exceptional moments for every visitor. Married to Charles and proud mother to Megan and Cole, Farah brings warmth, care, and meticulous attention to detail to her role.
With extensive experience in event planning and the culinary arts, Farah ensures that every gathering—whether a romantic wedding, a lively celebration, or an intimate tasting—reflects the heart and soul of Sweet Heart Winery. Her commitment to excellence and genuine love for connecting with people make every guest feel like family.

David Burks
Co-founder, Master Winemaker
Married to Kathy, the Burks entered into semi-retirement in May of 2024 after selling to The Osters. While Kathy is now a full-time grandmother, David will stay and do what he loves most; crafting the regions most amazing wines!
David’s penchant for winemaking is rooted in childhood memories:
“I watched my grandfather make a rhubarb and dandelion wine in his basement, and it definitely kindled my curiosity. But since that time, my interest has matured into creating more traditional, full-bodied wines that I can share and enjoy with the people I love. In fact, the first wine I made was for my daughter’s wedding. I’ve been hooked ever since.”

From grape to barrel, we create wines that reflect all of the love we put into them – wines that make times spent with family, friends, and loved ones that much sweeter.
We expertly source grapes from small-lot vineyards and wineries in California and Colorado.
We carefully craft, age, and bottle our wines locally, with age-old techniques for the fullest flavored wine.
We test and taste, ensuring an end product that’s authentically ours and distinctly delicious, every time.
