Sweet Heart Winery Launches ‘Hearts for Everly’ Campaign to Support the Colorado Children's Hospital and American Heart Association

Honoring a Life, Making a Difference This Heart Month

Loveland, CO – February 2025 – Sweet Heart Winery, deeply rooted in Loveland, the nation’s Sweetheart City, is launching the ‘Hearts for Everly’ campaign to raise awareness and funds for heart health and honor a special person. From February 14 through February 28, 50% of proceeds from every bottle of Sweet Heart Winery’s limited-edition Valentine’s wine will be donated to benefit both The Heart Institute at Children’s Hospital Colorado and the American Heart Association in memory of a beautiful girl named Everly who inspired a community.

This campaign is inspired by Everly Snowden, a little girl whose joy, resilience, and light touched countless lives. Everly passed away in July 2024 at 3.5 years old due to complications from severe congenital heart disease (HLHS).  Despite her short time on earth, her legacy continues to inspire action, and her story has moved Sweet Heart Winery to turn love into action.
