Good to know
When do allocations arrive? Quarterly: March, June, September and December. We always email you before billing.
What if I don't love a wine? Pickup members enjoy a complimentary flight of their allocated wines and can swap any that don't fit their palate. Shipping members have one week to make swaps online.
How do I use my discount? Just let our staff know. It covers you and up to three guests, with your membership card paying the tab.
Can I skip an allocation? Yes, one allocation without losing benefits. Just tell us before billing.
What if I miss a pickup? No worries. We hold your wines for 60 days.
Is there a commitment? A $100 early cancellation fee applies before your fourth allocation (members as of July 1, 2025).
How do I update my card or address? Log into your account, or email wineclub@sweetheartwinery.com.
